Welcome to our FAQs

Here we've listed the answers to some of the most common questions we're asked. Please do take a look before booking, there might be something in here you missed!

If your question still isn't answered, please contact us here.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately we do not.

As it stands, we do not allow any form of pets into our apartments except trained guide and assistance dogs. This is subject to change, so do please keep up to date and contact us with any queries.

Do we pay a deposit?

When booked via our website, we do not take a security or holding deposit directly.

In short, when you book with us and pay in full, we take 15% of your total balance if you cancel your booking up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival. If you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival, the balance is subject to forfeit. You are liable for any damages incurred during your stay.

Our booking policies can be found here.

How can we book?

We have several booking facilities available to you.

Each website has their own terms, conditions and payment options, so please choose which is right for you. Our main two channels are this website and our AirBnb sites.

As you may notice, prices are slightly different, which is due to different fees.

We would encourage you to book via our website but fully understand that you may have different requirements for payment.

Is there parking?

Yes, we can arrange parking for your stay on our rear-building staff car park. Please contact us on our number provided on the contact us page.

There is also free overnight on-street parking 6pm until 8am, with no restrictions on Sundays.

We can also recommend two solutions that we have found very reasonable :

- The first being using YourParkingSpace this is a free to use website that has plenty of spaces nearby for cheap prices.

- The second being the multi-storey car park on George Street, near Sainsbury's in central St. Annes. It's a 5 minute walk from the apartments and is operated by a private parking firm.
